Business Migration
From 1 March 2003 a new Business Migration program was initiated.
The new program replaces all existing business migration categories,
and consists of a two-stage application process. At the first stage
business migrants can apply for a provisional visa. Once the provisional
visa granted, business migrants get 4 years within which they show
to satisfy all the requirements of the business skills (residence)
visa and be eligible to apply for permanent residence.

I. Business Owner category: for owners or part-owners of a business
